Black frames in FCPX after RED cine grade

Hey Guys

We are experiencing a allot of random black frames in FCPX. They are generally appearing after a grade of our dragon footage in RedCineX.
I have read another forum on this accruing which suggest deleting the render files in in the event library. This sometimes works but generally isn't fixing the problem.

Firstly, does anyone know why this is happening? and obviously how to fix/prevent this.

Exporting the files out of REDCine fixes this problem but takes allot of time! and certainly doesn't help in streamlining work flow..

For me, it's if there's any denoise applied to the RMD in red cine.

I'm not sure if there's a newer version of the plugin that addresses this issue.
