Black Bars After Exporting. Top and Bottom

Hello,

I hope this is the right place to post this, my problem is that everytime I export a 4k footage from rcx, whether I bring it in to after effects Cs5 or Fcp, i get these small black bars on top and bottom, what do I have to do to get rid of those bars. Thanks for the help.

For 16x9 aspect ratio you need to shoot "4k HD" - not "4k".

Or do a an export out with a 16:9 crop. If you were shooting with 16:9 frame guides you can crop to that (your shooting frame guides are stored as meta data).

4KHD is 16:9 at 3840*2160, 4K is 1.9:1 at 4096*2160.
