Now that Erik is shipping, I'm hoping this tracking thread will help all of us waiting for the Birger Mount to get a better picture of the shipping progress.

Please post when you get your Birger Mount, what your number is, and when you actually ordered it.

I went back to the original thread and there must be 10-20 people in front of me at least. I ordered about 18 hours after the first post I guess. I was worried I'd have to wait till January or Feb because I thought I ordered a little late. Hahahaha. (no tracking number yet) inch:

I've been testing. I have two Red One's. I have tested four mounts. One dumb. Of the three production mounts one needed a software revision. I still have this one. The second production mount had no power because of bad solders. The third was haunted because of bad solders. I sent all mounts back for autopsy except one. So I am also expecting a FedEx.

Yeah.

There is a bit of a discussion about soldering over in the main thread. RoHS mandates lead free solder, which in my experience, isn't as easy to deal with as regular solder, especially when using solder paste and an oven, as opposed to hot soldering each contact with an iron.
