  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Birger "I didn't get a confirmation for my order yet thread"

Order faxed on 06DEC07 for a Nikon mount with the bluetooth option. Have not received any confirmation on either CC statement or from Birger. Hope they have it built by June!
 
Ditto, Dec 5 by email. Called to confirm receipt, was received, no charge, no communication since then. EF.

Have paperweight, will travel.
 
Dec 4th email, one Canon mount, no confirmation.
 
I have a "Finner mount" for sale. It does every thing the birger mount does and on top of that can also make latte's, has a toaster oven attachment and creates world peace wherever it goes. Please send me your credit card number for early reservations. It is only like ahhhh $1,200 and ahhhhhh will be ready in like ahhhhhh soon. Please don't worry or call the cops if you do not hear back from me as this is totally normal bussiness behavior.

Probably the most of you guys belong in the second part of Birger's mount delivery.

Here is the text of the Birger's email that have been sent to me on November 29, 2007:

Thank you for your Cinema Lens Mount reservation/order. Your
confirmation is based on the time that your order form was received. Your
credit card has been billed the amount indicated on your sales order.

If your mount type has not been selected, please reply to this email
with that choice. Your order will be held until we receive that

Finner, I get it - I always enjoy your somewhat twisted (albeit with some truth) sense of humor - but could you, and any responses, post on the other thread? This is a sincere effort to make it possible for Erik to get info that may not have gotten through before.

The original thread became the info, gripe, humor, etc. thread and it may be a scam, just like the RED might have been (and the RED Nikon mount, still?) but it would be helpful, for those of us that are trying to get this thing, to move it forward if we keep that over there - it's just as funny and viewed just as much.

Emailed in November (28th or there-abouts?). I followed up with an additional email, Late Jan? No response, no charged card.

Said on the Order form that I don't need mine until March 15. You can change that to: Don't need until April 1.
