big budget movie EPIC Preparation

I just got first of my epics. Compare to red one is missing few connectors that was importent when shoot with full craw big budget movies.
I would like to know what is u solutions for that, I do not have yet side handels and redmote as they are in back order.

1) First problem is only one connector for EVF or monitor, so i can not give EVF for camera man and monitor for focus puller.
The solution would be to go with external one but i do not have any other control item for epic besides tuch lcd.
2) EVen if i get some of controls i will get 2nd problem, EVF connector on epic will be use for EVF , monitor SDI out for external small monitor BUT how to provide monitoring for director and DOP???
I can use spliter but it is danger as it will be far from the body and it will be easy to brake the whole sdi output connector ( long arm will be there , much more force on that )
So is there any solution for that?


Besides that, how to go for single photo shooting))? i have no idea now...

Congrats on your Epic Martin!!

Modules are coming which will allow for multiple connections, especially useful will be the RED I/O Pro Module.

But some third party options are also out there.

Get a on-camera monitor with HD-SDI loop through like the Tv-Logic VFM-056WP And get the redmote for camera control...

Please tell me about this still photo option, how to activate it? Or i missing something ( may be a get whole idea wrong, may be is an single frame extraction from the movie made??)
