Ross, I have two rubbermaid carts and a magliner jr with top shelf. I have attached a photo of the magliner. Let me know if this works for you?

it seems as if it would be cheaper to buy a $150 rubbermaid than rent anything else, on a month-long job...harbor freight is your friend.

I was thinking in, but wasn't going to say it.

Film tools has a broad selection pretty cheap, and if you're a working camera guy or DIT, I don't know how you give up your cart for a month and charge less than you could buy one...

But I could be wrong,
