Since the 4K will be cropped, does that make the sensor to the Scarlet larger or smaller? Thank you!

4K is more or less Super-35, slightly smaller but hardly worth worrying about.

Various widths:
36mm = FF35 / Canon 5D sensor
30mm = entire M-X sensor
27.65mm = 5.1K area of M-X sensor (Epic 5K mode)
24.4mm = 4.5K area of M-X sensor
24mm = Super-35 film
22.3mm = Canon 7D sensor (APS-C)
22.12mm = 4K area of M-X sensor
16.59mm = 3K area of M-X sensor
11.06mm = 2K area of M-X sensor

Thanks David! I was looking for the 4.5k dimensions myself.

G'day David,
WOW! So the working area of the MX Sensor at 4k is only 22.12mm , much closer to Academy standard than S35 !!!
What exactly does this mean if your using Aspherical Cine primes? Say an Arri ultra prime 10mm with a Angle Of View
0f 110 degrees?? how will this translate with the sensor area being covered??
