  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

BeSteady FOUR Thread

Hello,

The new radiators were delivered and tested. This is a fully functional solution and the problems related to first series of BeSteady FOURs are currently non-existent.We have resumed the serial production of units, which will be delivered to RED Users - the precise amount is not known to me yet. We are running additional quality tests which are meant to pinpoint the units prone to any malfunctions or problems. We are focusing on limiting the units returning to Poland for repairs - we are aware that reliability is the key and the products has to completely get out of the toothing phase. I will contact everyone further down the GB list to confirm your delivery address as some of you may have changed it over time. I will also publish more details about the ongoing production next week.

The below photo shows a FOUR unit with the radiator installed that has been working over 5 and half hours constant on two small BeSteady batteries with no overheating overall. The batteries are around 60% after that time on medium power settings.

On the brighter side - the FOUR was working hard lately with our experienced friends during shots in the Copernicus Science Center in Warsaw. Several intense shooting days without any problems - The Beast was doing its job. The results should come alive pretty soon!

Thank you so much for the update Piotr! Super stoked to hear that the initial problems have been ironed out. Keenly looking forwards to hearing some details when we might have a chance to get our hands on our unit. Thanks and kudos for keeping going despite the trials! :)

Can someone tell me if anyone has RECEIVED the money back.I would also like to know who of you are taking legal action against Besteady? Thanks

I know that you guys are suffering bad on this situation. I live in Southampton N.Y. I have a Helix and a Ronin. If it would help anybody out in the area, I would be happy to loan one to you when I'm not using it.

Esteban,

As a courtesy, could you refrain from posting questions regarding lawsuits and such?

Our friendly moderator has mentioned that such sidetracks are not in the best interests of keeping the BS4 thread available to the REDUser community.

We would like to keep this thread on-track as a valuable long term resource - especially for the stakeholders.

Respectfully requested and thank you.

Hey Peter!

"Next week" from your previous post has come and gone, and this next week is nearly gone, as well. Has Besteady contacted any additional GB buyers further down the list to confirm shipping addresses yet? Can you give us a timeline estimate? We're all excited to get our hands on the improved and fully operational BS4. Thank you!

Just to echo, it would be nice to get some info and an update on the units, the company and shipping date possibilities.
Please let us know if you have tried or have been successful in contacting anyone on the list for an update, and or their shipping address status.

I check the google doc and this thread daily, not to mention the BeSteady forum. It would be really great, if for once, I was only disappointed 6 times a week.
