Best version and Workflow

Hi all,

I've search on the forum here and there, but there is nothing clear. So today 08/09/2011 what is the more stable way to use Avid with Red footage ?

1) Avid 5.0.3.9 ? Avid 5.5.2 ?

2) Transcode using Avid or Red cine ?

Were doing it with 5.5.x and Avid AMA most of the time.
We rarely do RCX to DNxHD.
Recently got AAF to Resolve working but at test mode

Both workflows are valid - it really depends on your performance expectations, turnaround time, amount of dailies, finishing workflow, etc. See a 1 hour webinar with all workflows demoed:
