  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Best SILENT Camera slider for sound shooting with RED

I've been using a rental CineSlider for about a week with my R1. Though the slider is supposed to support 80 lbs, it feels a bit overloaded with my Red on it and I'm not even using a head. I do really like the slider's build and smoothness and maybe it would feel more solid with an Epic.... but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna go for the CamTram / Track In A Box combo. Abel rents the CamTram so I'll give that a try before plunking down the 5k that both kits will run me.
