Hi Guys,
I would like to ask which settings you usually use working with Davinci Resolve for example. I had a 20 min project recently. After editing in Davinci and exporting all with YouTube settings H264... my beautiful 4K .R3D footage looked so badly!!! Final file was about 800mg! Even if i use 4k resolution with maximum quality of all of settings... final result still looses all that RED cinematic look. Colors bleached! I want to have same quality I see in my editing window to appear on YouTube channel after uploading it!
And dont say its not possible, cos I saw lot of examples of extremely clear and beautiful videos on Youtobe.
One of my college advised to use other codecs such as Go Pro cine form10 bit and other similar but my final movie 20 min in 4k turned to 36 GB!!!! I've tried to upload it to YouTube channel... it took me all day and it has some error in the end.
