Best processor for real time r3d playback.

I am thinking to build a fast but not extreme pc.
My main objective is to play without dropped frames r3d files in rcx in as much resolution as possible.
I was thinking of this cpu:

I'm interested in this as well, best place is the post production forums here, a few good build threads there, including from Jeff Killgore (is that his rap nane, aren't we supposed to use our real nane. Isn't he a mod ).
