Best Nikons for Nikon Mount?

O.K., it's a Zeiss (glass) but the CINE design and look gave them ARRI.

Hope that the most people are now getting the point.

Sanjin, while you make a good point, Bruce Allen's point was quite germane to my earlier question, (basically, does Nikon offer glass that is "unique" to the world of cine lenses - and therefore of potential interest to d.p.'s).

It IS about the glass (and in this case, the light weight). Sure, I'd love to get a cinevised version of the glass, but with the RED, I can slap that sucker on my camera - and still get results!

I finally received my Nikon mount & 17-35mm AFS lens yesterday and the results are better than I was anticipating. Also waiting on the 85mm 1.4 & a 50mm 1.4 AI. I'm now chomping at the bit to receive Curt's imperio/inclino setup.
