[Scott Miller]

This is a shot from a flight I made last Friday in a B17 from Stockton, Ca to McLellan AFB in Sacramento.

I new there would b some "issues" with the propellers, but this is hilarious to watch

Can you post a video? Would be interesting to see in motion.

Not sure what camera Scott's video was shot on, but here's a very similar example... shot on iPhone .

Taken from Barry Green's DVXuser article.

Shot last Friday on a T2i/550d.... I was trying to avoid using the "C" word (Canon )

I will see if I can upload somethign over the next day or so. I have lots of shots from fore and aft of the plane of the props. Actually looks disconcerting when I was actually flying, as you see the blades doing a few RPM thru the viewfinder! Almost like a wierd version of engineers vertigo....

I just went and watched the footage you linked. That is even stranger that what I caught.

Reminds of this. Hovercopter..

"Russians fix a magnet on their helicopter blades. The device sends a signal to synchronize a movie camera, allowing to visualize efforts and deformations on the blades."
