Best Dock for 2.5 and 3.5 Serial ATA Drives?

Hi,

I'm in the market for a new dock that can take both 2.5 and 3.5 Serial ATA Drives. Can anyone recommend a good product? Anyone used this one?

I've been using two of these for over a year and no problems, and so cheap if it broke I would just buy another

The StarTech looks just like the Newer Technology version, just with a fan. I wonder if they are the OEM? I have used the Newer Technology version and the older Newer Technology one and they have been great. The fan on the StarTech is intriguing, though, as the hard drives do get hot when in these adapters.
