  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Best deals for GREAT tablets?

I found the smallest Wacom Graphire too small for 2x24" monitors. But an Intuos 4 medium is just fine. I prefer the size of the previous Intuos 3 widescreen tablet, but I can't get them any more.

Yes Roberto - that's why I got one in the first place. Much nicer ergonomically.

I'm a lucky guy just because still have that Intuos A3, an old widescreen tablet :emote_happyhappy:

Yes, I use two 1920 x 1200 24" monitors so I took notice when Bruce pointed that out. It makes lots of sense.

If you don't need a lot of precision medium size will provide faster working speeds. For example, if editing is a priority, you might find medium size better because you won't need to make greater hand movements across the table.

But is the surface of the tablet mapped out to the dimensions of your workspace? Sounds a bit confusing with different aspects and dual screens. Is it more of a speed setting easily accessible on the tablet?

By default it's mapped to full size of monitor space. You can map it perfectly to screen aspect ratios. For dual screens it will mean that you'll always loose some vertical space on the tablet, but it's not a problem. You can also use pen as a mouse, meaning that the surface is not mapped full screen and that cursor position is not fixed to pen's position on the tablet.
