Teaser from "Silent Decades", Viktor Asger's 1st feature.
Shot on RED in Belgium (Brussels, Ghent, Liège, Brugge, Oostende) in may & june 2008.
Shot with build 15 & nikon lenses.

"Take this gun and kill'em all."

A sort outdated film formula.

Also "salted" with a bit of Belgian humor that I like it.

thx for the comments, don't worry it won't be a modern day western or so, it sounds serious because of the soundtrack but it will definitly be an unusual movie even if the trailer's got some typical shots :shiftyph34r:

ps: i'm not happy with the compression on vimeo yet, i'm gonna try to upload a better version soon.

I'm really looking forward to seeing this when its complete. I hope you guys do a digital release of the feature. Your lead villian is really awesome looking

thx for the kind comments everyone!

we used old nikon fixed lenses: 28mm, 50mm, 85mm & 105mm
+ also one russian fisheye (i dont remember the brand sorry).

the "villain" character was played by sam louwyck who played one of the main character in "anyway the wind blows" from tom barman (from the rock band "deus") & he also played more recently in "ex drummer" from koen mortier.

we shoot in oostende without making much publicity around it as we were a very little crew on this set.

Thanks for replying Mad Dog, it looks really cool, all the best with the full thing.

Ive just brought the Nikon 17-35 and 50mm lenses, and i'm getting the 85 and 105 soon, which 85 was it 1.4 - 1.8?

Again looks really cool - love this look.

Andrew.
