  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hope you can get access to the menus man.

There are a couple of force presets available on RED.com as part of the DSMC toolkit. HTH

The DSMC Toolkit contains preset files that allow you to force display menus HDSDI or HDMI. Just follow the instructions in the readme.txt file to load preset files to force display menus HDSDI or HDMI. I think it's an either/or option and you can only display menus through one output at a time, but that should be enough to make the camera usable.

Quick heads up: Like everyone said, the BT Epics are like new. Mine has 4 hours on it and it feels, looks and smells brand new!
 
It's a badass cam, lovin mine so far.
 
Got in line for cancelled orders a few weeks ago and lo and behold my name popped up last week!

Was told mine will ship with the interchangeable OLPF and though I requested the low-light one, apparently its the highlight version – which they said ships with all new Dragons.

But can't complain since its interchangeable and the OLPFs are so darn inexpensive.

picked up the BT Dragon, and it's in perfect condition. Not a scratch ! it had about 4.5 hours on it..
