Battery Readout

Hi all,
Just trying to figure out how/why I seem to have lost power readout on back screen and LCD. All I get is "DC" - even when using AC and hence also no battery % readout. Doing some underwater work and needing to know how much battery life is left - any suggestions?

Sounds like you are using batteries that don't support the RED protocol.

If you are using the right batteries, see if the connectors are dirty or bent.

Hi Martin,
I'm using RED bricks and all contacts are good - that's why I cant understand why this would be happening.

Sean - been speaking with Jason through the day. Have tried 3 different battery plates and reloading firmware twice, with no joy.
