Has anyone else had trouble charging batteries? Mine just don't charge quickly enough anymore when plugged in. I tried turning the charger on and off and I found that while two batteries are plugged in at the same time, it doesn't really charge both at all, but if I just try charging one battery, it charges faster. Is this a common problem? Any quickfixes and is this a battery problem or charger problem?

As far as I knew, the older chargers (like the ones we have) are somewhat faulty and need to be upgraded.

Ours wont charge if the battery is hot, ie: straight off the camera. I think once the charger is upgraded it reattempts the charge every ten minutes or so until it works.

Keep meaning to get round to upgrading, ive woken up to too many uncharged batteries before!

I think I have a old charger and it will not charge the battery on nr 2 slot. Anyone know how long the upgrade process takes if I send in my charger?

Cheers

I'm getting nuts on my charger. :head_explode: I have reported it to red and gotten a RMA to repair it, but now it works all of a sudden!

I think I have a bad battery or something, because all this problem I have found are with same battery. If the charger have some procedure of identifing a battery as "approved" or "not approved" = RED/RGREEN blinking, maybe this procedure is wrong sometimes and idetifys red batterys as non-approved.

...But if I put this bad battery on nr 1 slot on the charger without any other battery, it works! This charger have more attitude then 2 year kid throwing a tantrum.

I would in a heartbeat send it in for repair/upgrade but I'm totally swamped in work and I have no margin getting a replacement.

Is there a way to make the charger sane without sendig it in? Any one?

Thanks
