I'm looking for a way to mount my RED Battery Belt Clip to my rig. I've found that I can clip it on to a 15mm rod, but I'm looking for a more secure mounting solution. There aren't any usable threads on the back, so attaching it to a swiss/cheese plate isn't really an option. Has anyone found a good solution for this?

I have not seen one of these in person, but looking at a photo of it, I wonder if you could unscrew and remove the back part and then fasten it to a cheese plate? Just a thought.

The screws are incredibly small and won't hold it on a cheese plate. I might try industrial strength velcro or zip ties on a plate of some sort, but I was hoping for something a little more graceful.

One way that I tested and worked well, even on the shoulder... But I'm testing some other ways too.

I took the back piece off by removing the allen screws. The aluminum isn't as thick as I thought, so I'm going to try drilling some holes that match the spacing on my cheese plate.

Thanks Tom. That's exactly what I'm trying to modify the back of mine to look like. Seems W / C has released more RED One products to tap into the new BT market.
