:emote_headwall:What I see in the EVF as per my correct metered exposure, looks about a stop under in the edit studio. So I'm compensating by shooting a stop over. There are times when I run out of stop..so its about half to three fourth over which does not look good in edit. Should I open up the exposure in the menu. Will this result in any quality loss??

320-500 ASA is the sweet spot so you get 2/3 stop worth of increased exposure without
penalty. Learn to use RGB parade, histogram and the newly calibrated false color and you will quickly understand exposing the camera.

The false colors (aka LSD mode) serve us very well.. don't use the monitor as an exposure reference, never!

Also, setting your meter at ISO 250 will also help as you rate more conservatively and get richer blacks in post.
