Hi,

I had few clips that came out like this yesterday during a shoot. Half of the frame is acting weird. See attached.
I saw what was happening. I restarted the camera and it seemed ok afterwards.

Any idea on why it happened? Did it happen to anybody else?
Is is a media or sensor thing?

Thanks,
alberto

What camera did you shoot on? I would check the seeding of the connection of the media module to the camera pins. Send a log file to red, keep that card to the side.

Ok. Sounds good. But I got more bad news. The touch and side SSD both stopped working for control. No buttons nor touch. I had to put the side handle to control camera.

Something similar did happen to me. It turned out to be a bad board. Sensor and all that was fine. RED fixed it for me, which was supa cool.
