I love it!!!!
But then again- I created it.
Call Camera Department in Cincinati- they have some units there.
Pace technologies has some as well.
Call Vince

I have the Pro version. Works great. I'll likely upgrade to the Deluxe once Epic comes out. But the Pro is all I need to properly set backfocus on the Red One. Thanks Jacek!

Thank you Jeff,
I'm glad that you like it. We are just getting warmed up here. The ultimate goal is to provide comprehensive camera sensor/ color, dynamic range, testing lab"in a case"
It all starts with the Optimator...

Thank you,
BandPro handles the sales for it.
Please contact them and they will reply with pricing promptly.
abtin.arbabi@bandpro.com is handling it.
I'l have a demo and units for hands-on REDONE at the open house at BandPro on Wednesday.

Jacek.
Since I run Nikon, PL and BNCR lenses on my RED.....do I need to adjust backfocus each time I change out the lens mount or does one adjustment take care of all mounts?
thanks.

No one can guarrantie correct back focus while swapping mounts:
Parts tolerance, bolt torque, installation errors, even dirt on mountig surfaces can have significant effect on the BF. When you take into account wide fast glass it gets even worse. I suppose it would be possible to match all your mounts thickness but there are still the other variables that make the end result uncertain. BF (flange depth)adjustment has been part of camera maintenance for a long time- with small pixel size necessary for 4,5,6 K sensors it's more critical then ever. Optimator is a necessary part of a tool kit, especially for someone swapping mounts themselves...

So Jacek, I'm curious. You offer the Optimator with interchangeable mounts. How do you deal with these variations within the device? Do you reset to zero and if so how do you know that you're really there?

Not picking a fight -- just interested.

Mitch,
The mount adapters are precisely adjusted at assembly to match the Optimator- no reset required. We do offer special scope to verify the settings on the Optimator.
