I understand the screen in the back of the camera is a nice feature for everyone working on stage. However, for people like me often in the wild, far away from power source, and in the darkness of their hide, it can be a plague... However negligible, it does use power and gets on my nerve...moreover, in the shade, it can make accurate reading/finding of the camera buttons and switches a real pain. Okay, nothing really important, but what about a switch allowing the user to turn the light off/on ?

Like you said, the power consumption is negligible. I recommend gaffe tape...

thanks for the input, Julio... Do you ever use gaffe tape to turn off the lights in your bathroom ? I was suggesting a switch.. just suggesting...
