Avid Dailies - 29.97 ???

I am hoping someone could give me some advice on an Avid workflow question!

I am creating dailies for a Red shoot that will be offlined in Avid Media Composer 3.5. Because the editor is getting mixed frame rates from different cameras, the editor has requested to cut in 29.97-...

My normal workflow for 23.98 is exporting DNXHD QTs from RocketCine, Running through Meta Cheater and Importing into Avid to down-res to DV25. And then finally syncing in Avid using auto sync.

When/How should I do my conversion to 29.97? Also the audio is normally recorded at 23.98...Is there a different way I should now be syncing?

Thanks to Jason Diamond for helping me find a solution to this!

Within Metacheater under the Make List tab, selected 24 to 30 TC and under Setting tab, selected 29.97 as my framerate.
