Is this your avatar?
The avatars are all still located on Reduser, I think the problem is that when the forum reset it altered the setup to not allow GIF images, but previously when we uploaded all of our avatars it automatically converted them to GIF's.
Anyway for anyone searching for their avatar goto:
http://images.google.com/advanced_image_search?q=&ndsp=18&hl=en
Then at the bottom of the page copy and paste: http://reduser.net/forum/customavatars/ in the "Return images from the site or domain" and in the "related to all of the words" at the top type your Reduser username and it should appear.
When you save the image change the suffix from .gif to .jpg and the forum will accept it.
