I did not shoot this, but there are pictures of August Burns Red's new video shoot with what looks like a RED. I at least see some familiar accessories. No video just yet.

I look forward to seeing this video as their videos tend to be very intense and light driven.

Oh, you are just awesome. Thanks for the info!

I was just at IKEA this weekend and almost bought some of those paper-globe lights. $6 for the shade, $4 for the fixture and a few bucks for the fluorescent 20w (110w equiv) bulb. Was concerned about the color temperature and fire dangers. Anyone have any experience with those?

michael - do you mean china balls in general or just the ikea ones?

we had 250 and 500 watt bulbs in the lanterns and had no issues

The video was pretty decent. BUT I like the behind the scenes stuff more. Confirms my suspicions about my own talent to equipment ratio. :D

What do you mean?

I mean seeing a lot of the behind the scenes stuff confirms my suspicions that I could be paid to do what I'm doing now for free if I had my own equipment and/or worked with someone who did. I'm not in any way dissing your production skill set. For a (essentially) one night shoot, it's really good and I enjoyed seeing you all have fun on the set. I like your clientele too! Your doing alot of what I crave to do.
