  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

audio slowed down when exporting from RedRocket to various Avid codecs?

What is the samplerate of the sound on your systems 44.1 khz, 48 khz?
48 khz played back on a system set for 44.1 will be slowed down.

In Media Composer, there is no slow down or speed up between 44.1 and 48khz - it will just be a sample rate conversion where everything plays back at original speed and pitch. There is a .1% slow down/speed up feature for 48048kHz and 47952kHz files only.
