AUDIO seems BustedSays N/A for 48V in audio. Have no options on the source any help?

Just used my epic over the weekend and tried to use it today but the audio was not responding on the mic plugged into it.

I checked the audio settings and
Says N/A for 48V Pwr there is no in audio.
Also Have no options on the source drop down window its all white.
Normally it gives me options of NONE, CAM ANALOG, PRO I/O ANALOG, PRO I/O AES A

I did a firmware update to see if that would solve the issue and it has not.

Any help would be appreciated

Just got my Epic back from having your same issue. Audio boards went bad. Create yourself a ticket.
