Audio mixing question!

I was wondering, which device should I use when I need to mix sounds in premiere pro? (Physical instead of using stupid mouse…)

I don't need more than 4 channels, and special effect for that, just volume control would be really nice. budget is $100 :)

Your question isn't entirely clear. Are you trying to avoid using your mouse for mixing? In other words you want a fader or slide control? If thats the case $100 won't get you very far. If you use a mac try a trackpad. you might find that more pleasing than a mouse. There are also APPs that let you use you iPad as a touchscreen mixer.

I'm thinking Pro Tools. And you can't do it for $100. Hire a pro sound mixer to do it for you.

There are control surfaces that can detect volume changes and pans and EQ changes and so on, but they're far, far more costly than software. I'd say that Premiere Pro is a very bad choice as a sound mixing program, but it clearly can work well for editorial. There's a point where you can't expect a "Swiss Army Knife" where you try to do everything in one piece of software.
