Audio Help

Hey all,

I just got my camera back from Red and they fixed the audio board. I just got back in from testing and I can't get audio to record. I'm on build 17, I checked the mic on channel 1 and channel 3, made sure I had phantom power on, made sure the mic/line was correct and turned up the gain on the mic...and still nothing.

Normally I wouldn't worry about this, as I don't like to record to my Red, but I might need too for an upcoming shoot as my audio gear is out.

Any thoughts or ideas, anything I might have missed...I'm really at a loss here.

After confirming that everything is "enabled" that should be, have you tried making a
recording using the line level outputs from an external mixer?
If still nothing, you may think about reloading your software & try again.
