Audio drift with Red Alert issue

I'm having an issue with audio drifting in a Prores HQ output from Red Alert.
We had an interview style shoot so camera was rolling for 20 minutes. We are shooting release build 17 and processing RA 3.50. It seems picture is lagging behind audio as we progress through the file. We recorded sound on camera. QT proxy files play back normally. It is only over the course of playing back the file that the sound and picture increasingly drift apart. When starting the file from a mid point or later the audio is still offset indicating it is baked into the file.

Big files by the way - 25-30 Gig at 1920x1080 Scaled.

Anyone have this issue - find a solution?

Can you try with the latest RA? 3.50 is a bit older.
