Audio Buffer Full Error- What is causing this issue??

I'm getting errors that say Audio Buffer Full when recording. Usually happens when I try to change anything while recording, like F-stop. I make sure to format the REDMAG prior to recording. I'm thinking its a card issue? Has anyone else experienced this? Here is my setup:


RED Epic Dragon
512GB REDMAG 1.8
Audio from Wooden Camera A Box XLR running to Shotgun Mic (48v on for Phantom Power)

it's a card issue, it's just the beginning. i sent my card to red and they wanted 2,000 to repair i was very disappointed.
