Attaching Tactical Right Adapter to Dragon (not Fitting)

I own an epic dragon and recently bought the right side tactical cage that allows for me to attach a rosette handle on it. It comes with an adapter that allows for it to reach the top plate. The screws used to attached are m3 screws but whenever i try to attach them the screw isn't catching and doesn't allow me to screw in. There isn't a ton of info online about this so I know I'm doing something wrong. I'll attach links to the products I'm using

I don't have one of these but I'm guessing you removed the existing M3 screws on the body?

Tried that but they don't reach (too short). So i bought longer ones and they still don't catch the screw mount

Strange. Just to be sure, you have DSMC1 body right?

One screw is longer than the other... Use the provided ones that come with it...

File a ticket with RED.

You have to remove the original screws and replace them with longer ones. At least the one on the rear end is M3 with 12mm thread length. (I´m not sure about the front one, I used a Z Adaptor / Rib Cage on the right side). Did you check you have the right Adaptor (Does it say "RED TACTICAL / CAMERA RIGHT") on the top side?
