Asset Cataloging Software Needed

[Nicholas Shields]

We're in the process of implementing Final Cut Server, but it's become a nightmare - way too many ways of messing things up. Anyway, does anyone know of a mac-based cataloging system that can create lo-res proxies? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What I would give for Lightroom for motion imaging, just the library component.
