I know this is a pretty dynamic group of industry professionals and I'm requesting some honest feedback on a youtube channel I just started with YOU as the intended audience.

Honestly, the plan is to not grow rich off the channel. I don't ever think I could compete with the MKHBDs or Linus Tech Tips (potato jet, gerald undone, etc) of the youtube world -- The initial plan is to just create a higher level alternative to the prolific light and camera reviews that saturate the youtube market- a free, precise, DP focused learning platform.
I covet your feedback - what is done well. what isn't. and what you would like to see/learn from a channel such as this.

Not a huge fan of your mic sound though.
