I'm shooting a picture for theatrical release on the Helium at the 6.5k at 5:1. What percentage can I zoom in and reframe without sacrificing resolution or where focus appears soft and loses sharpness/detail? On the Arri Mini 30% to 40% is safe.

I suppose you finished in 2k your Alexa productions? In 2k you can easily zoom 2X. But the biggest factor is focus and framing for the mooving part. It's like using a 25mm or a 50mm not the same composition even if it's a frame on sticks.

I don't think you understand the technology, resolution factors, framing in 8K, down rezing to 4k and what Jarek stated. There are a ton of videos on YouTube regarding the tech and application of such in real world scenarios. Try to think out of the box.
