Not sure - do you mean MB20 Vs MB20 II? Both are 5.65x5.65 systems. Only difference (more or less, except for flags etc) is that the MB20 can take of the sunshade - can be good when doing macro photography. The MB20 II is slightly cheaper version, more made for HD cameras etc. The difference is so small that I would go for MB20 II unless you really know you need the other one.

I could have missed something and there's a extra wide version of the MB20 II, but I don't think so? And if there is I doubt you need it.

You're sure your not confusing with MB28 which is wider/ larger (a 6x6 format)?

Or that you're thinking of MB29 which is 4x5.65? If you do then stick with MB20 II

There is an extra wide System II, and it is only necessary for ultrawide ENG zooms (most S35 primes that are that wide have front elements too large for an MB20).

Correct.

Nawaf, We sell the MB20-II and have worked out a standard configuration that works well for the vast majority of REDusers. We can customize to whatever you like, but it is an excellent starting point. Fee; free to contact me directly.

Ahh coming from "only film" it makes sense why I've missed that.

I mean the STANDARD MB-20II AND MB-20II SUPER WEDE 16X9.

ok if i use prime fish eyes lens or super wide angle lens like 8 mm is standard mb-20ii enough??

I doubt any mattebox will work on a fisheye lens. You need the ARRI LMB-4A 6.6x6.6 mattebox does to cover an 8mm.
