Hey guys. I feel like I'm constantly slapping directors' hands away as they push on the SSD to make subtle pans. Is anyone making a bolt on arm that only protects the SSD, but doesn't greatly increase the width of the camera? I'm using the RED top plate and DSMC quick release base.

Ive thought a tactical rib located correctly with some attached swing-away -tab of sorts could work well...

That would be great if it was swing away. I keep expecting Viewfactor or Wooden Camera to release this. I would buy it in a heartbeat.
