Are there any third party focus motors that are compatible with the side handle?

[Ryan Chernin]

I know that the DSMC2 side handle can control focus on electronic Canon lenses, but are there any third party FIZ systems that interface with the camera to utilize the side handle's focus wheel for manual lenses?

Thanks!
