Are BOMB SQUAD working today? Locked out of downloading Firmware!

I’m on location and need to download the latest Epic-X Firmware. Says I’m locked out and need ownership of product (I own an Epic-X)but I am unlocked and can download for Scarlet for some reason???!!!!

Pretty frustrated right now.

Anyone know if the BS Reps are working today? I emailed and submitted a ticket with customer service.

why dont you call the guys ? i was on the phone with red 2 hours ago and they are definitely picking up hope you get it sorted.
