Apple sued over iPad overheating

I was going to go into a long rant about this, but it's a wasted effort in the end. I'll just say this; no one can design well enough to accommodate for all the stupidity in the world.

That is what the judge should say when he tosses this lawsuit out....
We need tort reform so that loser pays....
This will only raise the price of the iPad another couple of bucks to cover these
harrassment lawsuits.

I don't like the idea of tort reform, last thing you want is legitimate claims deciding not to go ahead in fear of a loss because the other side can afford better lawyers.
