Hello everybody,
I just made an apple software update two weeks ago (itunes and the regular stuff) and after this update my mac pro didn't want to boot anymore: I always had a grey screen and the mac pro asked me to force shut down by pressing the power button. I managed to start holding the SHIFT key, but after a restart the grey screen showed up again, also PRAM Reset didn't work. While troubleshooting I removed the AJA Kona 3 Videocard from the card slot and tata, the macpro performed like before ...
so nothing directly red related, but maybe someone can chime in:
- has anybody made a similar experience?
- is there any compability chart?
- does downgrading via timemachine etc. help?
best wishes and kind regards,
martin
