  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Anyone wanna go half with me on 4-pack of 16gb cards?

What the title says: anyone wanna split the cost of a 4-pack of RED 16GB cards with me? I don't need 4x 16gb cards since I'll use the drive most often, but the 4-pack price is pretty good so if you're in the USA and like the idea, let's do it! It'll be $700 you, $700 me, and we get 2 cards each.

Yousuf: I would do one, if that helps. Want to test - don't need two yet. Call me.

PS I will trade 4 8 gigs (1 Red 3 lexar 300x UDMA used only a couple times) for a single RED sixteen.

If things don't work out with Michael or Bérenger, I'd be down for one of the 16GB cards. I was about to order one the other day, then they announced the 4-pack. But I don't need 4 at the moment, just one more would be great...
 
When are the 32 gig cards likely to come out? I'd sure hate to pull the trigger on the 16 gigers only to see the 32s come out in quick succession. On the other hand, I'd like to be able to shoot REDCode 42 2:1 and I can't do that with 8 gig cards.
