I'm not seeing any menu's on my Scarlet with this config. Was told I needed a config file, but I guess I don't have/ can't find the right one. Any ideas?

I installed the latest firmware 1080p HDSI one, I've also got the latest firmware preset sent by RED team to me in both 1080p and 720p neither of them worked.
Formatted SSD to Fat32, dropped .preset into folder and into SSD, insert into RED turn on.. No change
