  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Anyone mixed BMC and RED footage with good results?

Wondering if anyone has mixed both Blackmagic Cinema camera footage and RED footage with good results. I am thinking about picking up an extra Scarlet body for multi-angle work but, if I am only scalling down for 1080p at the end of post I am wondering if going for the $3000 BMC would work for limited projects? From what I have seen so far it shoots crisp video. Has anyone actually tried mixing and grading together the footage? Thanks.
