Hello guys. Not RED related but i know here are plenty of professionals that have meet maybe unpleasant situations with some manufacturers. Did anyone filled a lawsuit against a chinese manufacturer? If yes, can you share some advices? At this point my first advice from a lawyer was to contact the Chinese Embassy ( the trade/commerce dep.) and they will provide official information and the right steps and even take in a complain.
