Anyone have a Panavision Dead Eye?

Hey everyone -

I have a Panavision mount for the RED One camera, but I don't have a port cover or dead eye for it. Anyone have one for sale? If you have one that isn't for sale, can you tell me what the flange thickness is? it will help me in finalizing the locking travel on the mount.

I don't really have a specific use for the mount, but I'm betting that someone will want to rent it from me sometime, or I can trade it for something.

The PV ears are .125" thick.
