Anyone else having tons of issues with latest firmware?

I'm getting tons of strange screen-tearing refresh rate problems while shooting at 48fps sometimes even 24. On playback there is also screen tearing issues as well as strange sections that are offset due to containing a graphical display element having to be represented like time-code. None of the exposure features seem to be functional etc etc

I am having something like that too but at 29.97. The playback and captured footage is fine but watching it on the viewfinder does not instill confidence. Talk about having faith!
